These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website infognosis.eu (the "Site"), operated by Infognosis Single Member P.C. ("Infognosis", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is an informational website presenting Infognosis and its consulting and IT services. Its content is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, professional, legal, security or technical advice, or a commitment to provide any service. Any engagement with Infognosis is governed by a separate written agreement.

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site - including text, graphics, the Infognosis name and logo, layout and design - is owned by or licensed to Infognosis and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they were last changed, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Messolonghi, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
