These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website infognosis.eu (the "Site"), operated by Infognosis Single Member P.C. ("Infognosis", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational website presenting Infognosis and its consulting and IT services. Its content is provided for general information only. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Messolonghi, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
