Technical/security log data is retained by our hosting provider for the limited period set out in its own policies.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting as our processors, and only as needed:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — provides hosting (Cloudflare Pages), content delivery and security for the Site, and in doing so processes visitor technical data as described above. See Cloudflare's privacy information at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd / Microsoft Corporation — provides our email and mailbox services, and processes the content of messages you send to us. See Microsoft's privacy information at microsoft.com/privacystatement.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers (including Cloudflare) are based in, or may process data in, countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. Where such transfers occur, they are protected by appropriate safeguards under GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the provider's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
